Service levels & continuity
Version 2026-11-08 · Part of our Terms of Service (§9) and Master Service Agreement (§2).
1. Availability
The Auxition dashboard and its sending, reply and booking services are available at least 99.9% of each calendar month(about 43 minutes of downtime a month at most). Our systems are checked every 5 minutes and the results are published live on auxition.com/status.
2. When something goes wrong
| Severity | Example | First answer | Fix target |
|---|---|---|---|
| Urgent | The service is down, or sending, replies or bookings stopped working for you | 15 minutes, any day | 4 hours |
| Normal | Something works wrongly but you can keep working; questions | 1 business day | As agreed in the request |
Requests through Help & status in the app (mark them urgent) or hello@auxition.com. Data and privacy requests are always treated as urgent. A request is closed only when you confirm the fix (or after 7 days without an answer).
3. Service credits
For each service level above that we miss in a calendar month — availability, urgent first answer, or urgent fix target — you receive a credit of 10% of that month's platform fee, up to 30% in one month. Ask for it within 30 days of the month's end through Help & status; we confirm it against our records and apply it to your next invoice. Credits are the sole remedy for missed service levels, are not paid out in cash, and do not apply to per-meeting fees.
4. What doesn't count as downtime
Maintenance we announce at least 48 hours ahead in the app and on the status page (outside your business hours where possible); outages of third parties outside our control (for example a recipient's email provider, LinkedIn or a payment provider); problems caused by your own setup — your domain's DNS records, your mailbox, your booking tool; sending we pause on purpose to protect your reputation (it is shown to you with the reason); accounts that are suspended for non-payment or a breach of the Terms; and force majeure.
5. Backups and recovery
Your data is backed up every day by our database provider (kept for 7 days), and every week an encrypted copy is stored with a separate provider outside it; we regularly test that backups really restore. If the system fails we aim to have the service back within 4 hours and to lose no more than the last 24 hours of data. During an urgent incident we post on the status page, tell affected clients directly, and send a written summary of what happened and what we changed afterwards.
6. Changes to these service levels
We may improve these service levels at any time. We tell you at least 30 days before any change that lowers them, and you may cancel before it applies.
